A dead app is still loading on every page
Your theme renders a PreOrder Now snippet that loads a blocking script from preorder-now.herokuapp.com on every single page view. The config baked into it is dated 2023, the trial expired November 2023, and its selectors target Shopify themes from 2020. The app is not in your installed list. It also left two orphaned templates behind. This is the single heaviest thing on your site and it belongs to software you no longer use.

Two email platforms are both switched on
Klaviyo and Omnisend both have active theme app embeds. Two full email and SMS platforms injecting tracking on every page, both building profiles, both billed monthly.

The Afterpay snippet sits outside the document
It is placed after the closing </html> tag, which is invalid markup, and it prints your entire product object as JSON into the page on every product view. It is also disabled for every currency except AUD.

The subscription migration stopped halfway
Recharge did $144K last year and is down 23%. Loop did $77.1K and is flat. The old platform is still doing nearly twice the volume of the new one, and the Recharge theme embed is still sitting in your settings. Combined, subscriptions are 7.2% of revenue, which is low for a product people use repeatedly.

155KB of a deleted app is still in your theme
cartbite-main.js sits in your assets folder, referenced by nothing. Left behind when the app was removed.

Free shipping is priced above your entry product
Entry SKU is $49.99, free shipping starts at $79, Parcel Post is $10. A first order costs $59.99 or gets pushed to a bundle. AOV sits at $77.38, which is $1.62 short of the threshold. Almost nobody is clearing it.

Your subscriber login link is broken
The footer Subscriber Login link outputs raw Liquid tags into the page instead of a working URL. Every subscriber who tries to manage their plan from the footer hits a dead link, on a base of $221K in subscription revenue.

Social share links point to the wrong domain
Facebook, Pinterest, X and email share links all use tend2.com rather than tend2.com.au. Every organic share your Australian customers generate sends people to the US storefront.

Your own numbers disagree with each other
The site says 1,000,000 doses in one place and 1,300,000 in another, 41,000 customers on collections and 61,000 on the product page. Trustpilot publicly sits at 3.8 while the site claims 99.4% satisfaction. Anyone comparing you to a competitor mid-decision sees the gap.
